分析了柴油机燃烧噪声产生机理 ,采用缸压数据计算燃烧噪声 ,通过台架试验分析了二级影响因素对发动机燃烧噪声的影响 ,并在消声室中进行了试验验证.试验结果表明 ,多次分喷定时和分喷油量对燃烧噪声影响明显 ,结合调节节气门开度、增压器开度和EGR策略 ,降低了燃烧噪声突变 ,使整车语音清晰度提高7% ,提高了整车声品质.在怠速状态 ,节气门开度由30% 减小到20% ,燃烧噪声显著降低 ,驾驶室内噪声降低2 .0 dB.

The mechanism of combustion noise was analyzed ,the combustion noise was calculated with cylinder pressure data , the effects of secondary influencing factors on combustion noise were studied by bench test and verified in the anechoic lab .The results show that the injection timing and injection quantity of multi-injection has obvious influence on combustion noise . Through adjusting the throttle opening ,turbocharger opening and EGR strategy ,the abrupt combustion noise reduces ,the speech articulation increases by 7% and the vehicle sound quality improves .At idle speed ,the throttle opening decreases from 30% to 20% ,the combustion noise obviously reduces ,and the cab noise decreases by 2 .0 dB .
