实验从木槿蚜虫体内筛选到一株蜡蚧轮枝菌真菌,对其进行了防治木槿蚜虫的室内毒力测试和田间防治的实验,结果表明筛选到的这株蜡蚧轮枝菌真菌对木槿蚜虫有较强的毒力. 田间防治施药7d后木槿蚜虫虫口基数减少了79. 9%,具有很好的开发应用前景.

We screened a strain of Verticillium lecanii from the hibiscus aphid body and have done the toxicity test and field control experiments of controlling Hibiscus aphid. The results show that the screened strain of this Verticillium lecanii has strong virulence for killing Hibiscus aphid. Field spra-ying controlled Hibiscus aphid,afer 7 d Hibiscus aphid population decreased by 79. 9%,reached the effect of field controlling of Hibiscus aphid. So the strain of Verticillium lecanii has a good prospect of development and application.
