针对沼气发酵过程无法精确控制,容易发生沼气产量降低等问题,本文设计了沼气发酵过程状态监控系统。该系统以西门子S7-1200 PLC 为控制核心,建立基于 SIMATIC NET OPC 的以太网通信网络,实现沼气发酵过程的实时监控。在分析存储的过程数据基础上,结合经验知识与沼气发酵工艺判断与发布异常情况,提醒运行人员采取应对措施,降低风险。运行结果表明:该系统具有可靠性强、操作方便和准确性高等特点,完全满足沼气发酵的各项控制要求。

In view of the problem that the biogas fermentation process cannot be controlled accurately, the low-yield production of biogas is easy to occur. The state monitoring system of the biogas fermentation process is designed in this paper. The system is based on PLC S7-1200 SIMATIC as the control core, and Ethernet communication network based the NET OPC is established to realize the real-time monitoring of the biogas fermentation process. In addition, based on the analysis of stored data, combined with empirical knowledge and biogas fermentation process to determine and publish abnormal situation, to remind the operator to take measures to reduce the risk. The results show that the system has the characteristics of high reliability, convenient operation and high accuracy, and can meet the requirements of the biogas fermentation.
