本文以燕麦为原料,利用响应面法优化燕麦淀粉的提取工艺条件。结果表明,燕麦淀粉提取的最佳工艺条件为:pH 9、提取时间2.5h、提取温度45℃、液料比为10∶1。燕麦淀粉的理论提取率52%,实际测得值为51.2%,两者较接近。

Oat as raw material in this essay, response surface analysis methodology (RSM) was used to optimize the extraction technology of oat starch. The result showed that he optimum process conditions of oat were: pH 9, extraction time 2.5h, extraction temperature 45℃ and ratio of liquor to material 10. The theoretical extraction yield of oat starch is 52%, under the optimum conditions, and the experimental data was 51.2%.
