根据工程实践锻造技术课程的特点,为解决传统手工自由锻在教学效果上存在的不足,将教学模型的方法和理念应用于实践教学过程中,即采用案例教学方案。本文以齿轮轴自由锻成形和齿轮坯胎模锻成形作为锻造教学实例,通过零件锻造成形各工序实物,使学生更直观地了解到零件锻造工艺过程及工艺装备,教学效果得到显著提升。

According to the characteristics of the engineering practice of forging technology, to solve the problems of the traditional manual free forging in the teaching effect, the teaching model of the method and the idea is applied to the practical teaching process, that is, the case teaching method.
