分子印迹聚合物是一种具有强大分子识别功能的材料,具有高效的选择特异性,可作为吸附材料应用于分子印迹固相萃取技术中。分子印迹固相萃取技术不但具有亲和性,而且抗干扰能力强,因此广泛适用于复杂样品的前处理。本文介绍了分子印迹固相萃取技术及其基本原理,对当前分子固相萃取技术在抗生素检测方面的应用进行了综述,并对其未来的发展方向进行了展望。
分子印跡聚閤物是一種具有彊大分子識彆功能的材料,具有高效的選擇特異性,可作為吸附材料應用于分子印跡固相萃取技術中。分子印跡固相萃取技術不但具有親和性,而且抗榦擾能力彊,因此廣汎適用于複雜樣品的前處理。本文介紹瞭分子印跡固相萃取技術及其基本原理,對噹前分子固相萃取技術在抗生素檢測方麵的應用進行瞭綜述,併對其未來的髮展方嚮進行瞭展望。

Molecularly imprinted polymer, a kind of adsorption material with strong molecular recognition ability and high specific selectivity, has been used in the molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction and has an extensive usage in extrication and separation fields because of its high affinity and high ability of anti-interference generated by the complex samples. This article describes the concept and principle of molecularly imprinted solid -phase extraction and summarizes its applications for the determination of antibiotic in recent years. Moreover, the future research trends of molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction were emphasized in the end of this paper.
