针对管路可能产生的水锤现象,提出选用一维流体分析软件Flowmaster对实际问题进行模型建立和瞬态分析,得到了管路在发生水锤现象时管内压力和空腔的波动变换,并且得到了该水锤现象对下游末端设备的压力影响。通过提出三种修正方式对可能产生的水锤现象进行抑制,即加上排气阀,蓄压腔和稳压水箱,模拟结果显示后两种方案得到的结果更有利于管路的稳定。
針對管路可能產生的水錘現象,提齣選用一維流體分析軟件Flowmaster對實際問題進行模型建立和瞬態分析,得到瞭管路在髮生水錘現象時管內壓力和空腔的波動變換,併且得到瞭該水錘現象對下遊末耑設備的壓力影響。通過提齣三種脩正方式對可能產生的水錘現象進行抑製,即加上排氣閥,蓄壓腔和穩壓水箱,模擬結果顯示後兩種方案得到的結果更有利于管路的穩定。

For the possibility of water hammer phenomenon may produce in pipeline, we propose the selection of one-dimensional fluid analysis software Flowmaster to model the practical problems and conduct a transient analysis, when pipeline water hammer happens, the pipeline’s pressure and the cavity occurs periodically change, and It has a impact on the downstream end device towards the water hammer phenomenon. Three amendments have been put forward to suppress the water hammer phenomenon, that is, coupled with the exhaust valve, accumulator tank chamber and the regulated water tank, the obtained simulation results show that the last two programs are more conducive to the stability of the pipeline.
