本文主要就海藻酸钠对纳豆激酶包埋制备微胶囊的工艺优化进行初探。经过海藻酸钠包埋的纳豆激酶可以较好地保护酶的活性,免受外界环境的影响。同样,对于混合多糖的包埋研究发现,海藻酸钠/CMC 包埋的纳豆激酶,有粒径小、外观规则且酶活的回收率高、硬度强等优点。
本文主要就海藻痠鈉對納豆激酶包埋製備微膠囊的工藝優化進行初探。經過海藻痠鈉包埋的納豆激酶可以較好地保護酶的活性,免受外界環境的影響。同樣,對于混閤多糖的包埋研究髮現,海藻痠鈉/CMC 包埋的納豆激酶,有粒徑小、外觀規則且酶活的迴收率高、硬度彊等優點。

In this paper, preliminary studies about process optimization of sodium alginate to natto kinase embedding preparation had been performed. It finds out that natto kinase embedded by sodium alginate can preserve the activity of enzymes better and protect the enzymes away from the impact of external environment. Meanwhile, the results of mixed polysaccharide embedding study show that natto kinase embedded by sodium alginate/CMC had some advantages as follows: small grain size, regular appearance, high recovery of enzyme activity and strong hardness.
