热管作为一种高效的换热元件,其逐渐被运用于采暖领域。由于热管传热极限及重力的影响,热管安装角度就对其传热性能有较大的影响,对沟槽热管传热特性进行研究,并通过改变热管的安装角度研究其换热特性的改变,分析热管传热温差以及热管蒸发段温度与加热功率之间的关系,发现沟槽热管合适的安装角度为30°~60°。

Heat pipe is a kind of efficient heat transfer component, which is gradually applied to heating field. As the influence of heat transfer limit and gravity, the heat pipe installation angle has a great influence on the heat transfer performance. This paper studies the heat transfer characteristics of the micro channel heat pipe. The heat transfer characteristic was studied by changing the installation angle of the heat pipe, and the relationship between the heat transfer temperature difference and the heating power were analyzed. The suitable installation angle of the installation angle was 30°~60°.
