油页岩抚顺式干馏技术是国际唯一认可的中国油页岩生产的技术工艺,本文详细介绍了抚顺炉的工作原理及其工艺流程,并以抚顺干馏炉为依托,结合实验数据详细分析了影响油页岩低温干馏的因素,即油页岩粒度、升温程序(干馏终温、加热时间和升温速率)。本实验的结论为油页岩干馏炼油提供了基础数据。

Fushun-type oil shale retorting technology is the only internationally recognized process technology in China. This paper describes its working principle and process, and the influencing factors of the low temperature oil shale retorting are analyzed by the Fushun-type retorting and the experimental data. The factors conclude the particle size, temperature program (final distillation temperature, heating time and heating rate). The conclusion provides the basic data for oil shale retorting.
