针对厌氧发酵中试系统的数据传输与监控需要,本文设计了一种基于 ZigBee 和 WLAN 技术的中试厌氧发酵监控系统。其中,以 ZigBee 技术为核心的底层无线传感网络负责数据与命令的传输;以 WLAN 技术为核心的局域网络负责视频传输与互联网接入功能,将发酵数据及视频传输至指定计算机,实现厌氧发酵过程的实时检测与监控管理,形成实时集中管理的信息化应用系统。
針對厭氧髮酵中試繫統的數據傳輸與鑑控需要,本文設計瞭一種基于 ZigBee 和 WLAN 技術的中試厭氧髮酵鑑控繫統。其中,以 ZigBee 技術為覈心的底層無線傳感網絡負責數據與命令的傳輸;以 WLAN 技術為覈心的跼域網絡負責視頻傳輸與互聯網接入功能,將髮酵數據及視頻傳輸至指定計算機,實現厭氧髮酵過程的實時檢測與鑑控管理,形成實時集中管理的信息化應用繫統。

In view of the need of data transmission and monitoring in anaerobic fermentation, this paper designs a pilot anaerobic fermentation monitoring system based on ZigBee and WLAN technology. Among them, the underlying wireless sensor network on the ZigBee technology is used as the core responsible for the command and data transmission. Local area network is responsible for the video transmission and Internet access with WLAN technology as the core. The fermentation data and video is transmitted to the designated computer. Achieve real time detection and monitoring management of anaerobic fermentation process. Real-time information application system of centralized management is developed.
