本文制备了 Pt 负载聚苯胺包覆碳纳米管(Pt-PANI/CNTs)复合纳米线,并研究了复合材料的 NH3气敏性能。采用 SEM、FTIR、XRD 和 BET 等研究了材料的形貌和结构。结果表明:所制备的 Pt-PANI/CNTs 复合纳米线表面呈荆棘状结构,Pt 纳米粒子均匀分布在表面。在室温下,Pt-PANI/CNTs-6薄膜传感器对 NH3具有较好的气敏响应。当 NH3气体浓度为100 ppm 时,灵敏度达148.3%,响应时间为2.1s,最低检测线为1 ppm。

The composite nanowires of Pt doped polyaniline coated carbon nanotubes (Pt-PANI/CNTs) for NH3 gas sensing application are presented in this paper. The morphologies and properties have been characterized by SEM, FTIR, XRD and BET respectively. The results show that the Pt-PANI/CNTs composite nanowires are bramble-like, and the Pt uniform distribution on the surface. The Pt-PANI/CNTs-6 thin film sensor has good gas sensing response to NH3 at room temperature. The highest sensitivity to 100 ppm NH3, sensitivity is 148.3% and the response time is 2.1 s, and the limit level is 1 ppm.
