电磁发射武器是当前研究的热点，构建科学合理的电磁发射实验室是开展电磁发射武器研究的关键。文中介绍了电磁发射技术实验室的功能，并从电磁发射武器的组成出发，分析了脉冲功率电源、测控系统、发射试验装置、安全防护装置等实验室构成要素；最后从总体布局上构建了电磁发射实验室，为电磁发射实验室建设提供了参考。

Electromagnetic launching weapon (ELW)is a hot research area presently,and then the construction of electromagnetic launching laboratory is the key point for the research of ELW.This paper introduced the function of electromagnetic launching laborato-ry and analyzed the constituent elements such as pulse power source,measurement and control system,launching experiment instru-ment and the safeguard devices of the electromagnetic launching laboratory based on the constitution of ELW.At last,we built the la-boratory in general arrangement,which provided a reference for the construction of electromagnetic launching laboratory.
