目的:探析重症急性胰腺炎经鼻空肠管肠内营养治疗的临床效果.方法:将我院收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者84例随机分为两组,其中给予对照组常规治疗,观察组运用经鼻空肠管肠内营养治疗,对比两组治疗效果.结果:观察组的各项指标改善均优于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:临床上运用经鼻空肠管肠内营养治疗重症急性胰腺炎,不仅安全性高,还能降低死亡率,促进患者康复.

목적:탐석중증급성이선염경비공장관장내영양치료적림상효과.방법:장아원수치적중증급성이선염환자84례수궤분위량조,기중급여대조조상규치료,관찰조운용경비공장관장내영양치료,대비량조치료효과.결과:관찰조적각항지표개선균우우대조조,조간대비차이유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론:림상상운용경비공장관장내영양치료중증급성이선염,불부안전성고,환능강저사망솔,촉진환자강복.
Objective: To study the clinical effect of enteral nutrition via nasal jejunal tube in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:84 cases of the patients with severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, which were given to the control group was given routine treatment, the observation group used enteral nutrition treatment via nasal jejunal tube, compared two groups of therapeutic effect.Results:Improve ment of the observation group were superior to control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of enteral nutrition in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis by the use of nasal jejunal tube,not only safety, but also to reduce mortality and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
