目的：探讨高同型半胱氨酸（HHcy）是否为高血压患者同时患有勃起功能障碍（ED）的原因。方法：入选120例高血压 III 级中青年男性患者，测定不同程度高血压患者的勃起功能障碍发病率，分别测定血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）浓度，进行 IIEF －5评分，并且比较二者的相关性。结果：随着血清 Hcy 平均水平升高，患者平均血压水平越高，ED 的发病率越高，平均 IIEF －5评分越低。结论：高血压患者同时患有勃起功能障碍的原因与血清中 Hcy 水平升高有一定关系。
목적：탐토고동형반광안산（HHcy）시부위고혈압환자동시환유발기공능장애（ED）적원인。방법：입선120례고혈압 III 급중청년남성환자，측정불동정도고혈압환자적발기공능장애발병솔，분별측정혈청동형반광안산（Hcy）농도，진행 IIEF －5평분，병차비교이자적상관성。결과：수착혈청 Hcy 평균수평승고，환자평균혈압수평월고，ED 적발병솔월고，평균 IIEF －5평분월저。결론：고혈압환자동시환유발기공능장애적원인여혈청중 Hcy 수평승고유일정관계。
Objectives:To investigate whether high homocysteine (HHcy)is the cause of erectile dysfunc-tion (ED)for hypertensive patients.Methods:1 20 young male patients with grade III hypertension were selected. The concentration of serum Hcy and the score of IIEF -5 were measured to understand the correlation of them.The incidence of erectile dysfunction in patients with different degrees of hypertension was measured.Results:With the increase of the serum Hcy level,the blood pressure and the incidence of erectile dysfunction increased,and the IIEF -5 scores decreased.Conclusion:The reason that hypertension patients suffer erectile dysfunction may be a high level of homocysteine.
