目的：探讨经尿道2μm 激光前列腺剜除术后短暂性尿失禁最佳治疗方法。方法：对经尿道2微米激光前列腺剜除术后尿失禁患者80例，分成 A、B、C、D 四组，各20例，分别行观察等待、提肛肌功能训练，中药结合针炙治疗，盆底生物反馈结合提肛肌功能训练治疗，对尿失禁治疗效果分析比较。结果：A组患者术后尿失禁持续天为5～62d（18±2．4）d，B 组患者术后尿失禁持续天为4～52d（17±1．8）d，C 组患者术后尿失禁持续天为4～17d （9±1．2）d，D 组患者术后尿失禁持续天为3～15d（8±0．8）d。结论：经尿道前列腺剜除术后并发尿失禁，中药结合针炙治疗和盆底生物反馈结合提肛肌功能训练治疗效果均较理想，明显优于单纯提肛肌功能训练及观察等待组。
목적：탐토경뇨도2μm 격광전렬선완제술후단잠성뇨실금최가치료방법。방법：대경뇨도2미미격광전렬선완제술후뇨실금환자80례，분성 A、B、C、D 사조，각20례，분별행관찰등대、제항기공능훈련，중약결합침자치료，분저생물반궤결합제항기공능훈련치료，대뇨실금치료효과분석비교。결과：A조환자술후뇨실금지속천위5～62d（18±2．4）d，B 조환자술후뇨실금지속천위4～52d（17±1．8）d，C 조환자술후뇨실금지속천위4～17d （9±1．2）d，D 조환자술후뇨실금지속천위3～15d（8±0．8）d。결론：경뇨도전렬선완제술후병발뇨실금，중약결합침자치료화분저생물반궤결합제항기공능훈련치료효과균교이상，명현우우단순제항기공능훈련급관찰등대조。
Objectives:To explore the best treatment for patients with urinary incontinence after 2 μm con-tinuous wave -laser enucleation of the prostate.Methods:80 patients with urinary incontinence after 2 μm continu-ous wave -laser enucleation of the prostate were evenly distributed into 4 groups:group A (watchful waiting), group B (treatment for muscle levator ani exercise),group C (treatment by Chinese traditional medicine combine with acupuncture),group D (biological feedback treatment of pelvic floor combine with muscle levator ani exer-cise).The curative effects of the patients in these groups were compared and analyzed retrospectively.Results:The duration of urinary incontinence in 4 groups were Group D (8 ±0.8days),Group C (9 ±1 .2days),Group B (1 7 ±1 .8days)and Group A (1 8 ±2.4days).Conclusion:Chinese traditional medicine combined with acupuncture and biological feedback treatment of pelvic floor and muscle levator ani exercise is effective for urinary incontinence after 2 μm continuous wave -laser enucleation of the prostate,which is superior to watchful waiting patients and pa-tients treated with muscle levator ani exercise.
