基于包含资源型实物资本积累和制造型实物资本积累的内生增长模型，运用我国31个省份1998-2013年的面板数据分析实物资本积累的区域产业创新效应，并从区域（东中西部地区）和实物资本类型（资源型和制造型）两个维度比较产业创新效应差异。分析结果显示，东部地区实物资本积累对产业创新的促进作用高于中西部；市场化程度、外商直接投资、研发劳动力和研发经费的投入，均大幅提升了实物资本对区域产业创新的促进作用；总体上资源型实物资本积累的增加并不能有效提升区域产业创新水平；东、中部地区制造型实物资本积累对产业创新的促进作用显著，而西部地区则不显著。因此，加快西部地区资源型产业转型升级是提升西部自我发展能力的重要途径。

We present an endogenous growth model with resources-based physical capital accumulation and manufacturing physical capital accumulation,and we explore the effect of physical capital accumulation on regional industry innovation in different areas with the data of 1998-2013 of the 31 provinces through the pan-el data model. The results show that the promoting effect of eastern areas is stronger than that of midwest are-as;the promoting effect can be greatly enhanced by marketization degree,foreign direct investment,and the investments of labor forces and expenditure of R&D ;generally,the increase in resources -based physical capital accumulation can’t improve the level of regional industry innovation effectively;the positive impact of manufacturing physical capital accumulation in east and midland areas is statistically significantly,while that of the western areas is not statistically significantly. Thus,accelerating resources-based industrial transformation and upgrading is an important way to enhance self-development capacity for the western areas.
