目的:探讨分析社区应用药物穴位注射治疗老年骨性关节炎的效果和价值.方法:把我院2011年11月至2014年9月收治的94例老年骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组,对照组患者口服塞来昔布胶囊,试验组患者采取药物穴位注射透明脂酸钠,观察比较两组患者疼痛积分和治疗效果.结果:治疗前,两组患者疼痛积分比较无显著差异(P>0.05),两组疗效比较差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对于老年骨性关节炎患者应用药物穴位注射治疗,可有效缓解其疼痛,提高治疗效果.

목적:탐토분석사구응용약물혈위주사치료노년골성관절염적효과화개치.방법:파아원2011년11월지2014년9월수치적94례노년골성관절염환자수궤분위량조,대조조환자구복새래석포효낭,시험조환자채취약물혈위주사투명지산납,관찰비교량조환자동통적분화치료효과.결과:치료전,량조환자동통적분비교무현저차이(P>0.05),량조료효비교차이현저,유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론:대우노년골성관절염환자응용약물혈위주사치료,가유효완해기동통,제고치료효과.
Objective: To investigate the effect and value on community drug use of acupoint injection in the treatment of senile osteoarthritis.Methods:In our hospital from Nov.r 2011 to 2014 Sept. were 94 cases of senile patients with bone arthritis patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with oral celecoxib capsule, and patients in the experimental group take drug acupoint injection of hyaluronic acid sodium, the fruit were compared between the two groups of patients with pain score and therapeutic effect were observed.Results:There was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups (P>0.05) before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:For the elderly patients with osteoarthritis of the application of drug injection therapy, can effectively relieve the pain, improve the treatment effect.
