目的:观察咳喘宁治疗小儿呼吸道感染,咳嗽、喘、痰多的临床疗效.方法:将80例小儿呼吸道感染患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组(各40例).治疗组用先声咳喘宁,对照组用其它止咳平喘药.结果:与对照组比较,治疗组咳嗽、喘憋、哮鸣音、肺部罗音消失或缓解时间较少,总有效率较高(P<0.05).两组治疗后中医症候评分及hs-CRP、IL-6降低,PA升高,治疗组变化的程度与对照组比较更明显(P<0.05).结论:咳喘宁治疗小儿呼吸道感染具有较好疗效,且无明显毒付作用.

목적:관찰해천저치료소인호흡도감염,해수、천、담다적림상료효.방법:장80례소인호흡도감염환인수궤분성치료조화대조조(각40례).치료조용선성해천저,대조조용기타지해평천약.결과:여대조조비교,치료조해수、천별、효명음、폐부라음소실혹완해시간교소,총유효솔교고(P<0.05).량조치료후중의증후평분급hs-CRP、IL-6강저,PA승고,치료조변화적정도여대조조비교경명현(P<0.05).결론:해천저치료소인호흡도감염구유교호료효,차무명현독부작용.
Objective: To observe the effect of respiratory tract infections,cough,asthma treated with Kechuanning.Methods:80 cases of respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group (40 cases).The treatment group were treated with Harbinger Kechuanning and the control group were treated with other cough and asthma medicine.Results:The reduced time of cough,wheezing, wheeze, pulmonary rales of the treatment group were shorter than the control group, the total efficiency was higher (P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores, hs-CRP, IL-6 of two groups after treatment were lower, PA was higher, the change of the treatment group was more obvious than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of children with respiratory tract infection treated with Kechuanning is good, and no significant toxic side effects, is worthy of clinical application.
