目的:研究清创缝合术后不同换药时间对伤口愈合情况影响.方法:选取2013年1月至2014年12月间于我院急诊行清创缝合术的患者226例,随机分为对照组(113例)和研究组(113例),对照组患者术后每天换药1次,研究组患者术后1st、2nd天换药,之后每3天换药1次,观察两组患者伤口痂皮损伤发生情况及伤口愈合情况,并进行统计学对比分析.结果:观察组患者痂皮损伤率(1.77%)、Ⅰ期愈合率(90.27%)、Ⅱ期愈合率(8.85%)、Ⅲ期愈合率(0.88%)与对照组患者相应指标(10.62%)、(75.22%)、(21.24%)、(3.54%)差异明显,在统计学上有意义(P<0.05).结论:清创缝合术后换药间隔时间与患者伤口愈合情况有密切关系,术后1st、2nd天换药,之后每3天换药1次有利于患者伤口愈合.

Objective: To study the effect of dressing changing at variant time on the intentions in patients undergoing debridement and suturing.Methods:Between Jan 2013 and Dec 2014 in our hospital emergency line debridement surgery in patients with 226 cases, and were randomly divided into a control group (113 cases) and study group (113 cases),patients in the control group dressing once a day, the study group patients after 1st,2nd day dressing,dressing after every three days 1,were observed incidence of wound scab damage and wound healing,and statistically analyzed.Results:Scab damage rate (1.77%) of patients in the observation group,Ⅰ healing rate (90.27%),Ⅱ healing rate (8.85%),Ⅲ healing rate (0.88%) and the control group of patients the corresponding index (10.62%),(75.22%),(21.24%),(3.54%) significant difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Debridement surgery dressing interval closely with patients wound healing,postoperative 1st, 2nd day dressing,three days after each dressing 1 in favor of patients with wound healing.
