“拔尖人才”计划的实施为广大高等教育工作者提供了一个平台。为了促进拔尖创新人才脱颖而出，完善拔尖人才培养方案，西北农林科技大学森林保护学国家级教学团队在构建拔尖创新人才培养新体系、改革实验课考核模式、建立综合性实验模式方面进行了一系列探索和尝试。实践表明，拔尖创新人才培养的探索与实践对培养学生的创新能力有积极的作用。

The plan of “Top -notch talent”provides a platform for higher education workers,in order to promote the top creative tal-ents to stand out,and improve the talent training scheme,the Forest Protection National Teaching Team of Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University carried out a series of exploration and attempt,such as in the new top creative talents training system settings,ex-periment examination mode,comprehensive experiments mode and other aspects.Practice shows that the exploration and practice of top creative talents training have a positive effect on cultivating the innovation ability of students.
