对大学生科技创新能力的培养模式、培养方法和培养效果进行了研究。提出了以培养和发展本科生综合素质和实践能力为目标,以创新教育为重点,以开展学生科研训练和推进学科竞赛为手段,进一步拓展和深化实践教育教学改革的思路,积极探索大学本科学生开展科研训练和学科竞赛的新途径和新方法,建立科学、规范、高效、持续的管理体制和运行机制。

In this paper,the main research is the students’practice of science and technology innovation activities,which mainly fo-cus on the training mode,methods and effects of the students’scientific and technological innovation ability.In the practical educa-tion,this paper aims on training and development of undergraduates'comprehensive quality and practical ability,with emphasis on in-novation education,develop students’scientific research training and promote the course contests,and further expand and deepen the reform of the education teaching practice,explore new ways and new methods of students'scientific research training and discipline competition,and establish a scientific,standardized,efficient and sustainable management system and operational mechanism.
