采在工业厂房设计领域,因为生产工艺对室内环境的高要求,导致空调系统的能效比相对较低,因此工业洁净空调相比其他空调系统有更大的节能潜力。以北京地区某药企厂房为例,对空调系统的设计方案及其节能设计要点做简要说明。首先,简要介绍了疫苗洁净厂房空调系统的设计方案;其次,结合项目所在地的气候条件和生产工艺要求,设计二次回风系统和风机变频控制系统,节能效果明显;再次,从房间消毒与压力控制的角度,介绍了厂房通风系统的设计方案。当前,暖通设计领域的节能方案有很多,项目应结合自身特点,选用适合的方案。

Because of the high requirement of production process in indoor environment, the EER is relatively low in the field of industrial building design. Compared with other air conditioning system, it has the great saving energy potential. This article put a pharmaceutical factory as an example, discussed several aspects as below. Firstly, discussed the energy-saving design of air conditioning system in the animal vaccine clean plant;secondly, according to the climate condition of the project location and production process requirements, designed secondary return air system and frequency conversion control system which has great energy saving effect;thirdly, introduced the design of plant ventilation system in the room disinfection control and pressure control. At present, there are lots of energy saving design in the field of HVAC. Project should choose a suitable solution according to own characteristics.
