目的:分析社区团队顾问制对2型糖尿病管理效果.方法:将上海市闵行区颛桥社区的400例血糖控制不佳的糖尿病患者随机分为对照组200例、干预组200例.对照组按目前普通门诊调控血糖.干预组由团队顾问制专家协助普通门诊强化干预管理.比较两组干预前后的情况.结果:干预后,干预组较对照组在血糖达标率及医院满意度等方面均有明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),诊疗费用无显著变化.结论:"团队顾问制"社区糖尿病管理模式在改善糖尿病血糖达标率,医院满意度等方面效果显著,值得推广应用.

Objective: To Analysis of the effect of community team consultant on type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:The 400 cases of poor glycemic control in diabetic patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group according to the current general outpatient blood sugar regulation. Assisted by a team of consultants in the intervention group made intensive intervention specialist general outpatient management.Results:After the intervention,the intervention group than the control group had improved significantly in terms of blood glucose and hospital satisfaction rate,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:"Team Advisor" system of community diabetes management model can improve glycemic compliance rate, improve hospital satisfaction, should be widely applied.
