目的:对照超声引导下外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管与传统盲穿法置管的效果.方法:随机将需PICC置管的患者200例均分为2组,各100例,对照组予以传统盲穿法处理,研究组予以超声引导下处理,对比两组效果.结果:研究组一次穿刺成功率、一次置管成功率均明显更高,而并发症发生率明显更低,对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:超声引导下PICC置管一次穿刺成功率与置管成功率要明显更高,而且并发症更少.

목적:대조초성인도하외주정맥치입중심정맥도관(PICC)치관여전통맹천법치관적효과.방법:수궤장수PICC치관적환자200례균분위2조,각100례,대조조여이전통맹천법처리,연구조여이초성인도하처리,대비량조효과.결과:연구조일차천자성공솔、일차치관성공솔균명현경고,이병발증발생솔명현경저,대비차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론:초성인도하PICC치관일차천자성공솔여치관성공솔요명현경고,이차병발증경소.
Objective: To control the effect of the central venous catheter inserted into central venous catheter (PICC) and the traditional blind tube insertion in the peripheral vein in the control ultrasound.Methods:200 patients with PICC were randomly divided into 2 groups, 100 cases in each group, and the control group were treated with the traditional blind method, and the study group were treated with ultrasound guided, and the effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The success rate of one puncture, the success rate of one time catheterization, and the success rate of one time were significantly higher, the incidence of complication was lower, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The success rate of PICC intubation under ultrasound guidance is higher than that of tube insertion, and the complication is less.
