采用两步法成功制备聚苯胺包覆硫化锌(PANI@ZnS)量子点复合纳米材料。首先,在150℃水热法条件下制得 ZnS量子点;然后,将苯胺单体分散在 ZnS 量子点溶液中,原位聚合形成 PANI@ZnS 量子点复合纳米材料。所得的产物分别用X 射线衍射法(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外可见吸收光谱(UV -vis)、红外光谱仪(IR)、拉曼光谱仪(Raman)等进行了表征。产物的荧光测试显示:PANI@ZnS 复合量子点的发光峰相对于 ZnS 量子点的发光峰变宽,且其发射光谱的频率有明显的蓝移。

PANI@ZnS quantum dots composite materials were prepared by two steps.First,ZnS quantum dots were synthesized by hy-drothermal method at a constant temperature of 150℃,and then PANI@ZnS composite quantum dots were obtained with the in situ polymerization of aniline.The products were characterized by X -ray diffractometer (XRD),ultraviolet -visible spectra (UV -vis), infrared spectra (IR),Raman spectra (Raman),transmission electron microscopy (TEM).The PL patterns show that the PANI@ZnS peaks are broaden compared to the ZnS peak and exist the clearly blue shift.
