运用M oldflow 模拟分析了通过经验设计的一手机外壳型腔的充填过程 ,发现了壳体中间困气缺胶造成充填不足的缺陷.通过分析造成充填不足的因素 ,将壳体中间壁薄处增厚0 .05 mm ,经Moldflow分析,缺陷消失 ,经试模产品符合设计要求.结果表明,在经验设计中引入数值模拟提高了试模效率 ,有效地缩短了产品的开发周期.

The injection molding process of mobile phone shell was simulated and analyzed by Moldflow ,incomplete filling caused by trapped gas was found .After the analysis of the fac-tors causing insufficient filling ,the intermediate thin wall was determined to be thickened 0 .05mm .The simulation of new solution using Moldflow showed that the defect was disap-peared .Mould trial proved that the appearance and quality meets the design requirements . The use of experience design combined with CAE simulation greatly improve the production benefit .
