通过记录汽车厂家在模具生产中发生事故的过程 ,重点分析了造成事故的原因.模具的关联部件间多采用标准件 ,为保证后期部件的互换性 ,模具设计阶段因忽视了部件间装配过程中反(错)装问题 ,造成了模具在后期调试、保养过程中部件反(错)装 ,从而导致事故的发生.针对上述问题 ,通过实例介绍了模具部件采取防止反装的措施.实践证明 ,在冷冲压汽车模具中 ,部件具有防止反装功能可提高模具品质.

According to the records of stamping process ,the causes of the accidents is fo-cused and analyzed in this paper .In order to guarantee the exchangeability of the die com-ponents ,the problem of reverse installation is not considered in the traditional die design . However ,reverse installation of the components usually happens during the die try out and maintaining process ,which may cause the accidents and break down the die structure .To deal with this problem ,some solutions are proposed to prevent the reverse installation .The practice proves that the die components ,which have the structures to prevent reverse instal-lation ,can improve the die performance .
