对汽车后盖总成变形的产生原因进行了分析 ,重点分析了造型、压合工艺、后盖外板材质硬度不足以及生产工艺等方面因素而引起的后盖总成变形 ,并从压合模工艺排布、设计、后盖外板材料选用以及生产工艺过程等角度提出了解决措施.这些改进措施可解决汽车生产中后盖总成变形问题 ,有利于提高产品质量.

The reasons for the deformation of the truck lid assembly were analyzed ,especial-ly for the deformation caused by the process of modeling and pressing ,the insufficient rigid-ity of material and some manufacturing factors .In this paper ,the die configuration design , material selection and processing parameters are optimized and some solutions are proposed . These solutions can solve the truck lid assembly deformation problem and improve the quali-ty of products .
