利用LSS( Liquid-Solid-Solution)方法,通过改变反应时间和反应物的浓度,制备了多种尺寸、形貌均一的单分散SrF2纳米晶粒。分别利用X射线衍射技术( XRD)和透射电子显微镜( TEM)对制备的纳米晶粒进行结构和形貌的表征,并对氟化锶纳米晶粒的调控合成及其机理进行探讨。
利用LSS( Liquid-Solid-Solution)方法,通過改變反應時間和反應物的濃度,製備瞭多種呎吋、形貌均一的單分散SrF2納米晶粒。分彆利用X射線衍射技術( XRD)和透射電子顯微鏡( TEM)對製備的納米晶粒進行結構和形貌的錶徵,併對氟化鍶納米晶粒的調控閤成及其機理進行探討。
이용LSS( Liquid-Solid-Solution)방법,통과개변반응시간화반응물적농도,제비료다충척촌、형모균일적단분산SrF2납미정립。분별이용X사선연사기술( XRD)화투사전자현미경( TEM)대제비적납미정립진행결구화형모적표정,병대불화송납미정립적조공합성급기궤리진행탐토。
The strontium fluoride nanocrystals with different size were successfully synthesized by a facile hydrothermal process. The SrF2 nanocrystals with a controllable size were prepared by modulating the time and concentration of the monomers. The morphology and structure of sample were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). In this thesis,emphasis was laid on the investigation of controlled synthesis of strontium fluoride nanocrystals and their thermodynamical mechanism.
