为提高冲床对电机转子硅钢片再加工的效率,降低劳动危险性,根据冲床的结构特点设计了自动进料及控制系统,该系统主要包括传动、判定、控制、显示等部分. 传动部分将冲床自身的动力传输至进料系统;判定电路以ATmega16单片机为核心,对单次进料的数量进行判定,并在控制系统的配合下控制冲床的运行,保护模具;显示部分将系统运行的各种参数予以显示. 经运行可知,该系统可准确判定单次进料数量,剔除不合格进料;可将转子硅钢片准确的送进模具进行再加工,可明显提高冲床的工作效率,且具备故障报警功能.
為提高遲床對電機轉子硅鋼片再加工的效率,降低勞動危險性,根據遲床的結構特點設計瞭自動進料及控製繫統,該繫統主要包括傳動、判定、控製、顯示等部分. 傳動部分將遲床自身的動力傳輸至進料繫統;判定電路以ATmega16單片機為覈心,對單次進料的數量進行判定,併在控製繫統的配閤下控製遲床的運行,保護模具;顯示部分將繫統運行的各種參數予以顯示. 經運行可知,該繫統可準確判定單次進料數量,剔除不閤格進料;可將轉子硅鋼片準確的送進模具進行再加工,可明顯提高遲床的工作效率,且具備故障報警功能.

To improve the efficiency of punching motor armature silicon steel sheet, reduce labor risk, an automatic-feeding device and control system were designed based on punches' structure feature. This system is mainly composed of drive unit, judgment unit, controlunit and display unit. Drive unit transfer the punch s' power to automatic-feeding system, the decision circuit takes ATmega16 microcontroller as controller core,judgment unit can judge the feeding count at a time, and control the punches run or stop with the cooperation of control, display unit can show all the parameters when punches run. Engineering application shows that this system can judge the feeding count at a time, and send silicon steel sheet to mould correctly to reprocess, greatly reduced the work efficiency of the punches, and have fault alarm function.
