MicroRNA (miRNA)is a kind of the small non -coding RNA,19 ~24 nucleotides in length.miRNA is found to be widespread among eukaryotic organisms.A large number of studies have found that miRNA participate in a series of process through regulating the expression of the corresponding target gene,such as the occurrence and de-velopment of cancer.Some target genes have been targeted therapy of cancer.Lung cancer ranks first in malignant tumor incidence and mortality in the world and there is lack of ideal diagnosis method and effective treatment method at present.Now a large number of studies have confirmed that the abnormal expression of miRNA is closely related to the occurrence and development of lung cancer.This paper would briefly present a review of the relationship between miRNA and lung cancer pathogenesis.
