目的:研究 ADRB1在肿瘤恶病质脂肪消耗中的作用。方法:设立正常对照组、mock 组、ADRB1过表达组、抑制剂干预组。将 ADRB1基因稳定转染进3T3-L1前脂肪细胞,以 MDI 方案诱导分化,利用 Western blot 检测 ADRB1和 HSL 蛋白水平。结果:油红 O 染色证实,正常对照组和 mock 组前脂肪细胞能够分化, ADRB1过表达组无法分化,且可被 ADRB1抑制剂逆转。ADRB1过表达组中激素敏感性酯酶(HSL)蛋白表达增强,且可被 ADRB1抑制剂逆转。结论:ADRB1通过刺激甘油三酯(TG)分解导致恶病质脂肪消耗。

목적:연구 ADRB1재종류악병질지방소모중적작용。방법:설립정상대조조、mock 조、ADRB1과표체조、억제제간예조。장 ADRB1기인은정전염진3T3-L1전지방세포,이 MDI 방안유도분화,이용 Western blot 검측 ADRB1화 HSL 단백수평。결과:유홍 O 염색증실,정상대조조화 mock 조전지방세포능구분화, ADRB1과표체조무법분화,차가피 ADRB1억제제역전。ADRB1과표체조중격소민감성지매(HSL)단백표체증강,차가피 ADRB1억제제역전。결론:ADRB1통과자격감유삼지(TG)분해도치악병질지방소모。
Objective:To investigate the implications of β1 -adrenergic receptor (ADRB1)in fat loss in cancer cachexia.Methods:ADRB1 gene was overexpressed in 3T3 -L1 cells and then differentiated by MDI -based crite-ria.The protein levels of ADRB1 and hormone sensitive lipase (HSL)were detected by Western blot.Results:3T3 -L1 differentiated completely in the control and mock groups,but failed in ADRB1 overexpression group,which could be attenuated by ADRB1 inhibitor.There was an increased protein level of HSL in ADRB1 overexpression group, which could be attenuated by ADRB1 inhibitor.Conclusion:ADRB1 leads to fat loss in cancer cachexia by stimula-ting HSL.
