采用元素分析、扫描电镜和红外光谱分析了北美岩沥青的结构与组成,并试验研究了北美岩沥青改性厂拌热再生混合料的拌和工艺和路用性能。结果表明,北美岩沥青改性厂拌热再生混合料在技术上可行;北美岩沥青对厂拌热再生混合料影响规律与其对常规沥青混合料影响规律一致;由于岩沥青和回收沥青路面材料(RA P )中旧沥青的共同作用,热再生混合料高温稳定性能提升明显;岩沥青高温软化和杂原子团吸附作用共同改善了沥青与集料的粘结性能;岩沥青提高沥青黏度,增加了混合料油膜厚度,改善了热再生混合料水稳定性能。
採用元素分析、掃描電鏡和紅外光譜分析瞭北美巖瀝青的結構與組成,併試驗研究瞭北美巖瀝青改性廠拌熱再生混閤料的拌和工藝和路用性能。結果錶明,北美巖瀝青改性廠拌熱再生混閤料在技術上可行;北美巖瀝青對廠拌熱再生混閤料影響規律與其對常規瀝青混閤料影響規律一緻;由于巖瀝青和迴收瀝青路麵材料(RA P )中舊瀝青的共同作用,熱再生混閤料高溫穩定性能提升明顯;巖瀝青高溫軟化和雜原子糰吸附作用共同改善瞭瀝青與集料的粘結性能;巖瀝青提高瀝青黏度,增加瞭混閤料油膜厚度,改善瞭熱再生混閤料水穩定性能。

Structure and composition was researched by elemental analysis ,scanning electron microsco‐py and infrared spectrum .Mixing process and road performance of central plant hot recycling mixture modified by American gilsonite were researched .The result shows that it’s technically feasible for A‐merican gilsonite to modify central plant hot recycling mixture .The American gilsonite influence law to hot recycling mixture is consistent with the conventional asphalt mixture .High temperature stabili‐ty of hot recycling mixture increase is especially obvious due to common effect of American gilsonite and old asphalt in the reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP) .Bonding property of asphalt and aggregate is im‐proved with gilsonite softening and heteroatom group adsorption .American gilsonite powder increases asphalt viscosity and mixture film thickness to improve water stability of hot recycling mixture .
