对10个引起大豆根腐病的真菌分离物进行鉴定。结果表明,这些分离物形态学上与大豆拟茎点种腐病菌相似。用 ITS 通用引物进行 PCR 扩增,该菌株与拟茎点种腐病菌 MP4PL11PS (GenBank 登录号 HQ130441.1)同源性达98%。因此,确定该菌株为大豆拟茎点种腐病菌。

The 10 fungal isolates causing soybean root rot were identified.The results showed that 10 isolates had similarity to Phomopsis longicolla in morphology.BLAST search results showed that the sequence of P .longicolla strain MP4PL1 1PS (GenBank accession number HQ130441.1)was homologous to the tested strain with a similari-ty of 98% by using universal primers (ITS)for amplification.So,the isolated strain was identified as P .longicolla .
