以黄苦荞麦壳为原料,研究超声波辅助提取黄苦荞麦壳色素的工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法优化工艺技术参数,研究超声功率、液料比、超声温度、超声时间等单因素对提取效果的影响。结果显示:超声功率339 W,液料比18∶1,超声温度56.5℃,超声时间72.7 min,黄苦荞麦壳色素的最大吸光度值为0.485±0.1,为进一步纯化黄苦荞壳色素类物质及结构鉴定提供了依据。

Used the yellow bitter buckwheat shell as raw material,the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of pigment from yellow bitter buckwheat shell was researched. On the basis of single factor experiment,the technological parameters were optimized by response surface method to study the influence of ultrasonic power,the ratio of material to fluid,ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic time and so on to the extracted effects. The results showed that the ultrasonic power,the ratio of material to fluid and ultrasonic temperature were 339 W,18∶1 and 72.7 min,respectively. The maximum absorbance value of pigment from yellow bitter buckwheat shell was 0.485 ± 0.1,which provide the basis for further purifying the material and structure identification of yellow pigment buckwheat shell.
