在18、22、26、30和34℃5种恒温条件下,测定了南瓜实蝇[Bactraera tau (Walker)]各虫态发育起点温度及有效积温。结果表明,南瓜实蝇卵、幼虫、蛹、产卵前期和全世代的发育起点温度分别为(13.10±2.35)、(9.86±1.47)、(12.87±1.36)、(9.66±0.91)和(9.54±0.89)℃,有效积温分别为(26.30±4.57)、(134.04±11.38)、(149.92±36.92)、(157.56±43.64)和(542.25±24.79)日·度。
在18、22、26、30和34℃5種恆溫條件下,測定瞭南瓜實蠅[Bactraera tau (Walker)]各蟲態髮育起點溫度及有效積溫。結果錶明,南瓜實蠅卵、幼蟲、蛹、產卵前期和全世代的髮育起點溫度分彆為(13.10±2.35)、(9.86±1.47)、(12.87±1.36)、(9.66±0.91)和(9.54±0.89)℃,有效積溫分彆為(26.30±4.57)、(134.04±11.38)、(149.92±36.92)、(157.56±43.64)和(542.25±24.79)日·度。
재18、22、26、30화34℃5충항온조건하,측정료남과실승[Bactraera tau (Walker)]각충태발육기점온도급유효적온。결과표명,남과실승란、유충、용、산란전기화전세대적발육기점온도분별위(13.10±2.35)、(9.86±1.47)、(12.87±1.36)、(9.66±0.91)화(9.54±0.89)℃,유효적온분별위(26.30±4.57)、(134.04±11.38)、(149.92±36.92)、(157.56±43.64)화(542.25±24.79)일·도。
The threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature of each stage of Bactrocera tau (Walker)were investigated under five constant temperatures of 18,22,26,30 and 34 ℃.The results showed that threshold temperatures of egg,larva,pupae,preoviposition and whole generation(egg-egg)were 13.10 ±2.35, 9.86±1.47,12.87±1.36,9.66±0.91 and 9.54±0.89 ℃,respectively.The effective accumulated temperatures of each stage were 26.30±4.57,134.04 ± 1 1.38,149.92 ± 36.92,1 57.56 ±43.64 and 542.25 ±24.79 day-de-grees,respectively.
