木芙蓉花大色丽,具有很好的观赏价值,而且还具有药食用、净化空气、防止水土流失等重要的经济和生态应用价值。木芙蓉在北方引种只要根部能安全越冬,来年就能重新发枝、开花。为明确引进的8个木芙蓉品种能否在济南安全越冬,本研究共设5、0、-5、-10、-15℃五个温度梯度,测定了低温处理后各品种根系的相对电导率、可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量、POD 活性以及半致死温度 LT50。结果表明,低温处理后牡丹红、大红和杭州牡丹粉品种根系的相对电导率变化较小,可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量以及 POD 活性较高,LT50较低,分别为-13.68、-12.21、-11.34℃,抗寒性较强,可以在济南安全越冬。

Hibiscus mutabilis has big and beautiful colored flowers with good ornamental value.It also has some economic and ecological application values,such as medicinal and edible values,making the air clean, preventing soil erosion and so on.As long as the root of Hibiscus mutabilis can overwinter in north,the new branches will grow and then flowers will bloom in the coming year.To clarify the overwintering safety of 8 Hibis-cus mutabilis cultivars in Jinan,5 temperature gradients,5,0,-5,-10 and -15℃,were set to detect their rel-ative electrical conductivity,soluble sugar content,proline content and POD activity and LT50 .The results showed that Mudanhong,Dahong and Hangzhou Mudanfen had lower relative conductivity change and LT50 , higher soluble sugar and proline contents and POD activity under low temperature treatment.The LT50 of the 3 cultivars were -1 3.68,-12.21 and -11 .34℃.The 3 cultivars had stronger cold resistance and could safely overwinter in Jinan.
