2014年3月底到4月底,调查了粗、细管理模式下不同品种葡萄冬芽上绿盲蝽越冬卵量,监测了粗放管理模式葡萄绿盲蝽越冬种群的发生为害情况,并调查了绿盲蝽在胡萝卜上的产卵部位。研究表明,粗放管理模式下葡萄冬芽的有卵芽率(‘户太8号’61.36%,‘红地球’33.33%,‘夏黑’26.88%)显著高于精细管理模式下葡萄冬芽的有卵芽率(‘夏黑’5.65%)。粗放管理模式下,受移栽影响长势不好的葡萄冬芽上越冬卵较多,若虫虫口密度大[‘户太8号’(13.33±12.06)头/株,‘红地球’(9.50±11.47)头/株]。研究还发现干瘪冬芽上的绿盲蝽越冬卵也能孵化,但相对饱满冬芽上的卵发育慢。调查结果还明确了葡萄绿盲蝽在诱集植物———胡萝卜上的产卵部位。本研究对指导葡萄绿盲蝽的田间综合防治提供了依据。

During late March to late April in 2014,the egg density of Apolygus lucorum overwintering populations on winter buds of different grape varieties with both intensive and extensive management practices was investiga-ted,and occurrence and damage of overwintering populations of this pest on different varieties in extensively man-aged grape orchards were monitored,and oviposition sites of A .lucorum on carrots were investigated as well.The investigation indicated that the incidence of eggs on winter buds of extensively managed grapes (variety ‘Hutai 8’:61.36%;variety ‘Red Globe’:33.33%;variety ‘Summer Black’:26.88%)was significantly higher than that in inten-sively managed grapes (variety ‘Summer Black’:5.65%).With extensive management,winter buds of grape influenced by transplanting had a large number of overwintering eggs,and the subsequent nymphal density was also very high (varie-ty ‘Hutai 8’:13.33±12.06 individuals per plant;variety ‘Red Globe’:9.50 ± 11.47 individuals per plant).It was found that the overwintering eggs on dried and shrank grape winter buds could hatch as well,but the egg development was slowed down compared with the eggs on plump buds.The results also revealed overwintering sites of A .lucorum on carrots.This study may provide a theoretical basis for integrated management of A .lucorum in grape orchards.
