通过对吐鲁番地区红柳河园艺场内葡萄白粉病发生动态连续3a的观测,发现葡萄白粉病的发生高峰期在7月20日至8月10日.该病害在近3 a出现的时间逐年变晚,病害发生的程度也逐年减轻,孢子的数量也在逐年减少.无公害药剂筛选实验中,选择6种常用药剂筛选对葡萄白粉病防效较好的药剂.通过室内药效实验得到防效较好的药剂为1%多抗霉素粉剂,得出其毒力回归方程为y=5.748+2.26x,相关系数为0.9780,EC50为0.467 g/L.在室外田间治疗实验中,1%多抗霉素粉剂也表现出较好的防效,防效可达88.19%.通过室外保护实验发现,在感染白粉病之前先喷施保护药剂,可有效降低白粉病的发病程度.

In this paper,the occurrence rules of grape powdery mildew were observed and investigated three consecutive years.In Turpan region grape powdery mildew in the horticultural field were observed in three consecutive years,which found that the occurrence of grape powdery mildew peak were from July 20 to August 10.The disease appeared in nearly three years of time,which gets later year by year,the extent of the disease occurrence was reducing year by year,the number of spores was reducing year by year.In pollu-tion-free drug screening test,6 kinds of commonly used drug were chosen for controlling grape powdery mildew.Better control effect obtained by indoor test reagent was 1% polyoxins,it is concluded that the tox-icity equation is y=5.748+2.26x,and the coefficient of correlation is 0.9780,value of EC50 being lowest, 0.476 g/L.The test in the field showed,1% multi-antimycin also showed good control effect and control effect was 88.19%.The protection test in field found that the protection agents were sprayed before pow-dery mildew infection multi-antimycin,which could effectively reduce the incidence of powdery mildew.
