针对水性聚氨酯?丙烯酸酯防老化涂料在自然环境下老化寿命预测问题,设计了热氧加速老化实验方案。在实验的基础上采用Arrhneius方程建立了失效临界处老化寿命与老化温度的关系模型,预测了涂膜在自然环境下的老化寿命。通过拉伸强度及断裂伸长率预测老化寿命分别为1?73年及2?03年,并与实际老化寿命1?85年相比较,理论预测误差分别为-6?5%及9?7%,基本满足工程预测要求。

A hot?oxygen accelerated aging experiment scheme was designed aimed at life prediction problem of the waterborne polyurethane?acrylate coatings in the nature. Applying Arrhneius equation, the model between aging life and temperature was established at the failure critical point based on the experiment. The modal could predict the coating aging life in the nature. The predicted aging life was 1?73 and 2?03 years via analyzing the tensile strength and elongation at break. Compared by 1?8 years in the fact, the error of theory prediction was -6?5% and 9?7% respectively. It could meet the engineering predicted requirements basically.
