通过合理的配方设计,采用多异氰酸酯与聚醚多元醇反应,合成了煤矿用聚氨酯灌浆加固材料,讨论了硬段含量、聚醚多元醇官能度、增塑剂用量和催化剂用量对材料性能的影响。结果表明,当硬段质量分数为40%~50%、增塑剂DINP质量分数为20%~30%、催化剂质量分数为0?10%~0?15%、几种不同官能度聚醚多元醇配合使用时,制得的聚氨酯加固材料综合性能较好,并成功应用于多个煤矿。
通過閤理的配方設計,採用多異氰痠酯與聚醚多元醇反應,閤成瞭煤礦用聚氨酯灌漿加固材料,討論瞭硬段含量、聚醚多元醇官能度、增塑劑用量和催化劑用量對材料性能的影響。結果錶明,噹硬段質量分數為40%~50%、增塑劑DINP質量分數為20%~30%、催化劑質量分數為0?10%~0?15%、幾種不同官能度聚醚多元醇配閤使用時,製得的聚氨酯加固材料綜閤性能較好,併成功應用于多箇煤礦。

Through rational formulation design, the polyurethane grouting reinforcement material for coal mines was prepared by using polyisocyanates and polyether polyols. The effects of hard segment content, the amount of polyether polyols, plasticizer and catalyst on the properties of the material were discussed. The results showed that the comprehensive performance of the polyurethane reinforcement materials was excellent when the hard segment content was 40%~50%, some different function degree polyether polyols were used, the amount of the plasticizer was 20%~30%, the amount of the catalyst was 0?10%~0?15%. The materials were applied to many coal mines.
