为了研究区域路内停车的最优泊位占用率,引入排队论知识描述区域路内停车过程,将区域路内停车看做一个多服务窗混合制排队系统,建立排队模型。分析了最优泊位占用率的实现条件,以及最优泊位占用率和模型变量之间的关系。分析表明,最优泊位占用率和泊位规模、停车需求,以及停车时长有关,区域泊位规模越大,则最优泊位占用率也越大,且最优泊位占用率必须在停车需求和停车时长满足一定比值关系的情况下才能得到。
為瞭研究區域路內停車的最優泊位佔用率,引入排隊論知識描述區域路內停車過程,將區域路內停車看做一箇多服務窗混閤製排隊繫統,建立排隊模型。分析瞭最優泊位佔用率的實現條件,以及最優泊位佔用率和模型變量之間的關繫。分析錶明,最優泊位佔用率和泊位規模、停車需求,以及停車時長有關,區域泊位規模越大,則最優泊位佔用率也越大,且最優泊位佔用率必鬚在停車需求和停車時長滿足一定比值關繫的情況下纔能得到。

In order to study the optimal occupancy rate of regional curb parking ,queuing theory are in‐troduced to describe the curb parking course ,the regional curb parking is looked as a multi‐server mixed queuing model .the condition is analyzed to realize the optimal occupancy rate ,and the relation‐ship between optimal occupancy rate and the model variables ,analysis showed that the optimal occu‐pancy rate is related with the amount of parking space ,parking demand and parking duration time . The larger the amount of parking space ,the larger the optimal occupancy rate ,and in order to obtain optimal occupancy rate ,the parking demand and the parking duration time must satisfy a certain ratio relationship .
