航线配船问题受到船型、货运量、货运周转率,以及航道等多因素影响,优化过程复杂。文中采用一种较简便的新方法对同类型班轮的单线配船问题进行了研究。针对特定航线各班次货运量呈现随机变化的情况,采用数理统计分析方法,对该航线各班次货运量的概率密度函数进行求解,并根据船舶工程经济性分析,定义新的评价指标———班次平均年费用,建立最优化模型,提出组合船型插值原理和新的优化算法。通过将该方法应用于汉江至江汉运河集装箱船队配船的优化求解,能很好地满足各班次货运量随着一定概率变化情况下的运输能力要求,并使平均年费用最低,经济性最好,从而验证该方法的可行性和实用性。

The ship routing is influenced by many factors ,such as the ship type ,the cargo ,the freight turnover ,the channel and so on .The optimization process is very complex ,and this paper investi‐gates the single ship routing for the same type liner in a simpler new way .On account of the situation that each shift freight volume of specific routes presents random variation ,the mathematical statistics analysis method is used to solve the probability density function of each shift freight volume ,and ac‐cording to the economic analysis of the marine engineering ,we define new evaluation indexes———Voyage Average Annual Cost ,and propose the optimization model .To solve the problem ,the inter‐polation principle of the combination ship type and new optimization algorithm are put forward .This method is used to the optimized solution of the container fleet from the Han River to Jiang Han Canal , which can meet the freight transport capacity requirements very well in the situation of each shift with a certain probability change ,and can make the average annual cost minimum and the economy best . So the feasibility and practicability of this method are verified .
