本设计提出一种用于绕线型感应电动机的新型转子绕组,这种绕组在设计构思中引入“无感”的概念,其自身折算电阻在电机起动时可呈纯电阻性增大,不再需要另外串入电阻,并在运行时恢复正常,因而能使电机既有好的起动性能,又有高的运行性能,同时也简化了转子结构。
本設計提齣一種用于繞線型感應電動機的新型轉子繞組,這種繞組在設計構思中引入“無感”的概唸,其自身摺算電阻在電機起動時可呈純電阻性增大,不再需要另外串入電阻,併在運行時恢複正常,因而能使電機既有好的起動性能,又有高的運行性能,同時也簡化瞭轉子結構。
본설계제출일충용우요선형감응전동궤적신형전자요조,저충요조재설계구사중인입“무감”적개념,기자신절산전조재전궤기동시가정순전조성증대,불재수요령외천입전조,병재운행시회복정상,인이능사전궤기유호적기동성능,우유고적운행성능,동시야간화료전자결구。
[Abstract]The paper proposes a new type of rotor windings which are used in wound-rotor induction motors. The windings draw into the concept“inductionless”in their design. Thus the rotor resistance of the motors start and return to normal while the motors run. The motors have good starting characteristics and running performance, and high reliability because their rotor constructure is simpler than conventional wound-rotor and it is unnecessary to add any additional resistors in the rotors in the rotor circuit.
