为了建立鱼腥草鉴别方法 和对照图谱, 采用薄层色法对鱼腥草的不同组分进行鉴别, 并对影响色谱分离效果的主要因素(吸附剂、展开剂等)进行优化.结果 发现薄层鉴别方法 简便、重现性好, 结果 可靠, 可用于鱼腥草的定性鉴别.
為瞭建立魚腥草鑒彆方法 和對照圖譜, 採用薄層色法對魚腥草的不同組分進行鑒彆, 併對影響色譜分離效果的主要因素(吸附劑、展開劑等)進行優化.結果 髮現薄層鑒彆方法 簡便、重現性好, 結果 可靠, 可用于魚腥草的定性鑒彆.

In order to establish identification method and control TLC fingerprint for houttuynia cordata, thin-layer chromatography was applied for identification in different classification of houttuyniacordata. Optimization was made on main influencing factors (adsorbing material, developing solvent, etc) of chromatographic separation effect. The results showed that thin-layer chromatography contained convenience and good repeatability. This method also provided creditable results, and it could be applied in qualitative identification for houttuynia cordata.
