针对镀膜机的设计效率低下以及设计经验的沉淀和重用较困难的问题,研究了镀膜机的设计流程及设计知识结构,将知识工程技术应用到镀膜机的设计中,提出了基于知识工程的镀膜机快速设计的方法,并在三维设计软件中进行了二次开发实现了系统功能。该方法建立了镀膜机快速设计知识库,实现了知识的整合和重用,实例证明系统可行性好,设计结果正确,极大地提高了设计效率。
針對鍍膜機的設計效率低下以及設計經驗的沉澱和重用較睏難的問題,研究瞭鍍膜機的設計流程及設計知識結構,將知識工程技術應用到鍍膜機的設計中,提齣瞭基于知識工程的鍍膜機快速設計的方法,併在三維設計軟件中進行瞭二次開髮實現瞭繫統功能。該方法建立瞭鍍膜機快速設計知識庫,實現瞭知識的整閤和重用,實例證明繫統可行性好,設計結果正確,極大地提高瞭設計效率。

In order to improve the design efficiency of coater,accumulate design experience and use them again, knowledge based technology was applied to the design of coating machine.The knowledge acquisition,representation and reasoning were studied.Based on the secondary development of Pro/E 5.0,knowledge based engineering coater rapid de-sign system and the knowledge base were developed .The enterprise has verified the feasibility of the system,they drew conclusion that the design efficiency of coater was improved highly.Finally the enterprise improve there market responsive-ness rapidly and decrease costs in a certain extent.
