目的:探讨对肾阳虚型阳痿患者采用复方玄驹胶囊联合盐酸曲唑酮治疗的临床疗效.方法:选取我院泌尿外科男科收治的肾阳虚型阳痿患者68例作为研究对象,按照治疗药物划分为对照组和观察组,各34例,其中对照组使用盐酸曲唑酮,观察组基于对照组加用复方玄驹胶囊,对比两组临床疗效.结果:对照组临床疗效为67.6%,明显低于观察组91.2%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为23.5%,明显高于观察组11.8%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:复方玄驹胶囊联合盐酸曲唑酮治疗肾阳虚型阳痿疗效优良,且安全可靠,可改善患者生活质量,促进身心健康,值得推广.

Objective Explore using compound XuanJu capsule in patients with kidney Yang deficiency type impotence the clinical curative effect of combined therapy with letrozole methadone hydrochloride.Methods Select our hospital uropoiesis surgical department at the records of 68 patients with kidney Yang deficiency type impotence male as the research object, according to the treatment is divided into control group and observation group, 34 cases, including control group using letrozole methadone hydrochloride, observation group based on the control group used compound XuanJu capsule, compared two groups of clinical curative effect.Results Control group clinical curative effect was 67.6%, significantly lower than the observation group was 91.2%, compare the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Control the incidence of adverse reactions was 23.5%, significantly higher than the observation group was 11.8%, compare the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Compound XuanJu joint letrozole methadone hydrochloride capsules in the treatment of kidney Yang deficiency type impotence good curative effect, safe and reliable, can improve the patients quality of life, promote physical and mental health, is worth promoting.
