笔者针对近年来新疆精神卫生中心在深化医疗体制改革工作中面临的问题,总结了医院改革创新的具体做法和取得的成效,并在此基础上对精神病专科医院改革创新的管理策略、对新时期精神病医院的可持续发展提出了良策,值得推广和交流.
