机械设备的使用在很大的程度上提高了煤炭开采的效率，降低了开采成本。所以，在对长期连续运作的煤矿机电设备的维护管理上要作出相应的努力，提高设备的性能，使设备能够长期高效的运作，创造更多的效益。笔者结合实际工作中的所闻所见，分析了煤矿机电设备加强维护管理的必要性，探讨了现阶段我国在煤矿机电设备管理上所暴露出的一系列问题，结合实际生产环境提出了相应的解决措施，从而促进煤矿机电设备维护管理的改革。

The use of mechanical equipments greatly improves the efficiency of coal mining, and reduces the production cost. So, we should make efforts on the maintenance management to long-term continuous operating electromechanical equipments of coal mine, to improve the equipments performance, enable equipments to long-term efficient operation and to create more benefits. In this paper, combining the practical work experience, the author analyzes the necessity of strengthening the mainte-nance and management to coal mine electromechanical equipments, discusses problems in the management of coal mine elec-tromechanical equipments which are exposed at the present stage in our country, and puts forward corresponding solving meas-ures by combining with the actual production environment, so as to promote the coal mine electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance and management reformation.
